Established nearly 30 years ago by George Ferrell and David Barker, we quickly became a respected custom homebuilder known for paying close attention to detail on the most complex of projects. Over the years, several satisfied clients returned to Ferrell and Barker to construct a variety of building types. Today with a Registered Architect, Building by Design Group is designing and constructing new Commercial Buildings, Custom Homes and Worship Facilities for clients throughout Indiana.
